Terms of Charter
Payment Policy
Your Reservation Fee will guarantee your dates are reserved. Approximately 60 days prior to the commencement of your charter we will initiate a Charter Agreement via U.S. Mail. 50% of the charter price will be due on signing of the Charter Agreement (minus the Reservation Fee). The balance will be due on or before the charter start date. Payments made by personal check via US Mail must be received by us at least 5 business days before the payment's due date to allow time for the check to be deposited and cleared by the due date.
We cannot process credit cards online at this time. We can, however accept a credit or debit card, or process your personal check electronically, via the telephone. Please call Diana directly at 317-439-8219 if you would like to pay by credit card.
Cancellation Policy
If the Charterer must cancel, all monies will be forfeited unless the yacht is re-booked for the original dates reserved. Refund will be in full or pro-rated according to dates re-booked less 25% cancellation fee.
If Captain TomCat must cancel, all monies received from the Charterer will be refunded in full to the Charterer.
Cancellation by either party must be in writing.

Charter Information Forms
Along with your Charter Agreement, you will be required to complete an Information and Preference Form for each person in your charter party. These forms provide important information the crew needs to help insure a smooth and uninterrupted cruise. Due to Homeland Security regulations, you must provide the following information: full name of passenger as shown on their Passport, date of birth, nationality, Passport or visa number with place of issue and date of expiration. The preference form gives you the opportunity to let the crew know your likes and dislikes so they can plan meals, beverages and activities that you enjoy. Please provide plenty of details!
