I'm not a gourmet chef!  I'm more of a meat-and-potatoes kind of cook.  But, before you charter with us, we'll find out your likes and dislikes, allergies, or specific dietary needs and try to tailor our menu to your tastes.  In addition to the regular menu, we will always try to have plenty of fresh fruit, and other 'munchies' available at all times.
